About 120 people injured in chlorine cylinder explosion in Iran

At least 120 people have been injured in a chlorine cylinder explosion in western Iran.

This is reported by the head of the Chardawal region of Ilam Province Ilyas Fattahi.

“The number of people injured in the explosion (balloon) with chlorine reached 120 people,” Tasnim news agency quoted him as saying.

The agency reports that rescue services are working in the area, the situation is under control. The causes of the accident are being clarified.
