Air Force fighter crashes in Indonesia

The plane crashed in a residential area near the school. At the same time, potential victims have not yet been reported.
On the island of Sumatra, the Hawk 209 Indonesia Air Force fighter crashed. This was reported by The Jakarta Post on Monday, June 15.

According to the spokesman for the country’s air force, Fajar Adriyanto, the fighter flew from the base of Rusmin Nuriyadin and crashed in the central part of Sumatra, near the village of Kubang Jaya.

The pilot managed to eject and survived. He is now under medical supervision at a local Indonesian air force hospital.

The plane crashed in a residential area near the school. Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the incident, while potential victims have not yet been reported.

Recall, on June 6, a military helicopter Mi-17 crashed in Indonesia. The incident occurred in the province of Central Java. Then four soldiers died, five were injured. One of the wounded later died in the hospital.

It was also reported that two fifth-generation aircraft, the F-22, and the F-35, crashed in the United States in a week. Both incidents occurred with airplanes assigned to the Eglin Air Base in Florida.
