In California on the eve of September 13, a search for the criminals who shot two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies in a patrol car was announced. According to authorities, the perpetrators, one of whom was “dark-skinned,” opened fire in Compton City “without warning. U.S. President Donald Trump called the criminals animals and urged them to “hit hard,” according to Fox News.
Assistant sheriffs, a 24-year-old male, and a 31-year-old female have been operated on, are in critical condition, and are fighting for their lives. The attack occurred around 19.00 local time near the Compton Metro Station.
“Animals need to be beaten and even harder! – wrote Trump on Twitter to the criminals who are attacking law enforcement agencies.
Later the head of the White House published another tweet: “If they die, the killer will be quickly sentenced to death. This is the only way to stop it!”
Both aides have sworn in just over a year ago, and the woman has a six-year-old son, officials said at a press conference.
Sheriff Alex Villanueva said that although the authorities do not yet have a detailed description of the suspect, one of the assistants said that he shot the “dark-skinned”.
Villanueva stressed that the shooting demonstrated the dangers faced by the police in the streets and how the situation could change “in the blink of an eye.
Protesters against the police gathered near the walls of the hospital where the seriously injured policemen are, some of them shouted slogans “Death to the cops! The protesters blocked the entrance to the hospital, shouting “We hope they all die” and foul language.
