Dutch scientists from the University of Utrecht and the Erasmus Medical Center have discovered an antibody that can help fight the coronavirus, Dutch Dutch newspaper reported.
“It is important not to give false hopes, but the discovery is promising,” the head of the scientific group Berend-Jan Bosch told the publication.
Virologists working on the study suggest that this treatment method can be developed much faster than a vaccine, but it is more expensive.
