In the Czech Republic, an 8-year-old girl has died of coronavirus. This is the first case in the country of a child under the age of 15 dying from Covid-19, Novinky.cz reports.
“In February, an 8-year-old girl who had contracted the coronavirus died in the Pilsen region. This follows statistics from the Ministry of Health. It is not known whether the child had any other health complications. According to statistics, this is the first death of a child associated with the coronavirus,” the report said.
