Even the most cautious scientists are beginning to accept the new superpowers of quantum computers – up to the materialization of objects and the instantaneous movement of inanimate and living objects over unlimited distances – after scientists yesterday, February 26, managed to connect two separate qubits (the basis of quantum computers) through a flexible cable for the first time.

According to a February 27 Microsoft News report, a huge leap in the development of quantum computer technology Qubit has been achieved: the first working model of the quantum Internet – which until now was thought to be impossible in principle. The consequences of the development of the quantum Internet are hard to imagine and overestimate: it exceeds the possibilities and potential of the existing network literally billions of times.

Implications for humanity
Does this mean we will soon be able to get goods and products right at home, from quantum printers? Does this mean that the possibility of creating organic and inorganic objects “from nothing” is opening up? Does it mean that it will be possible to move living things – including humans – instantaneously in space? In time?

After yesterday’s unexpected breakthrough, which in all likelihood will accelerate the creation of quantum networks, it is no longer possible not to ponder these questions. The quantum network, combining the capabilities of several quantum devices, even in its current limited state, is a game-changer in technology, production, and communication.

Experiment
Daphne Leprince-Ringuet, in today’s article for Microsoft News, provides some details about the experiment that took place:

“Researchers at the University of Chicago’s Cleland Lab created two quantum nodes, each containing three superconducting qubits. Using a one-meter-long superconducting cable to connect the nodes, the scientists then selected one qubit in each node and entangled them together, sending so-called ‘entangled quantum states’ through the cable. Taking the form of microwave photons, these entangled quantum states are extremely fragile, making the process particularly difficult; but the researchers nevertheless managed to transfer entanglement from one node to another, connecting the qubits into a special quantum state that still both fascinates and confuses quantum scientists.”

If you too are “confused” reading this report, then don’t be surprised – there’s a lot to boil your brains about. I will try to clarify a little bit – or confuse even more. Cubits, or quantum bits, are the basic unit of quantum information, and their properties can be used to create the next generation of quantum technologies. And one of their main properties is entanglement and unpredictability. But while it is impossible to “unravel,” or trace, or predict the path of a photon – it can simply be simultaneously reproduced through a “bound” photon – anywhere in space.

“Entanglement occurs when two qubits interact in a certain way and become inexplicably connected. Once entangled, they begin to share the same properties, no matter how far apart they are. This means that by looking at one half of the entangled pair, scientists can learn the properties of the other particle, even if they are thousands of kilometers apart.

Just as supercomputers today perform parallel calculations on many processors linked together, many expect that in the future quantum operations will involve many different modules of such entangled qubits, all of which will be linked together to perform calculations.

“These modules will have to send complex quantum states to each other, and we’ve taken a big step toward that,” Cleland said.

When will the new computers change the world?
Quantum computers currently being developed by technology giants such as IBM and Google can support fewer than 100 qubits, far from enough for the technology to begin making an impact at the mass user level. But companies are confident that quantum computers will become widespread fairly soon.

A quantum network could, in principle, begin to produce results before a full quantum computer sees the light of day.In fact, by combining quantum devices that have limited capabilities in their current form, scientists expect they could create a quantum supercomputer more powerful than a quantum device working on its own.

The U.S. and Chinese governments, as well as the EU, have in recent years shown notable interest in developing a quantum Internet that would rely on entanglement to exchange quantum information between quantum devices. As one of the first and obvious practical uses of such technology, these countries (and others) hope to classify their communications to the point of complete security and guarantee against hacking. The technology involves the creation of quantum keys that protect unlimited streams of information from tampering.

We live in an age when the miracles described, for example, in the Gospels no longer evoke laughter. We live in an age when the multiplication of the loaves and fishes, the turning of water into wine at Cana in Galilee, is no longer something to be laughed at, even by the most atheistic and skeptical. We live in an age in which one of the qualities of God, in whose image and likeness man was created, is being realized in man: the possibility of a “miracle. The ability to go beyond those laws of nature that, on a broad level, manifest themselves within the laws of classical physics. Man has become extremely powerful.

So powerful that modern civilization in a matter of minutes can destroy itself dozens and hundreds of times, destroy life on the planet, destroy the planet Earth itself. And the miracle of God (not human) is that this has not happened so far.

New technology brings humanity to an even higher level, a level at which humanity’s very survival depends entirely on such categories as sin and holiness, which were formerly alien to science. Human sinful tendencies, developed to an extreme and encouraged by modern society, have now been multiplied by technology. Sin leads ultimately to death, to murder. There is no hope that the scientists and politicians in whose hands miracle technologies fall will turn out to be saints and use them for the good of humanity. Therefore, every discovery, every new opportunity opened to humanity is not necessarily good news for humanity.

But there is good, good news, and my channel would not be Open Seminary if it were silent about it. The good news is that we can watch for centuries as the prophecies of Scripture are steadily fulfilled, one by one, as the hand of God, declared in the prophets, works in history – against the sinful will of men. And looking at this picture (which I reveal panoramically, article by article, in the Open Seminary), we begin to see and understand that the last and final part of all prophecies will soon be fulfilled, according to which God will at the last moment take the wheel from the rudders of humanity, rushing towards the abyss, and will save us.

Humanity’s greatest need today is one need, one deficit. And it is not a deficit of money, power, power, opportunity. It is a deficit of holiness. And it is only the holy hand that can control the incredible opportunities that are opening up, that have already opened up before humanity. The hand of sin takes every opportunity to twist humanity into a sheep’s horn, to squeeze everything out of it, to mock it, and then to destroy it – along with itself. “Efficient managers” can only effectively lead humanity to ruin.

That is why God, in His love and mercy for mankind, promised:

“Behold, I will send to you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the day of the Lord, the great and terrible day. 6 And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers so that when I come, I will not smite the earth with a curse.” Malachi 4:5-6.

“And in the days of those kingdoms the God of heaven will raise up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, and that kingdom shall not be given to another nation; it shall crush and destroy all kingdoms, but it shall stand forever” (Daniel 2:44).
And now I will tell you – what to bet on, what to invest in, what to learn – if we want to be among the living and blessed, not among the afflicted of the curse. Some think that power, power, money, trendy professions, trendy specialties, connections will provide us with a better, or at least some kind of future. But it doesn’t. There is only one criterion, which, especially against the background of modern technology and opportunities, is able to give people life, to give the future – it is holiness. To the saints – beginning with each of us, and ending with the anointed one, the forerunner, and then the King of kings himself, Jesus Christ, and is given the future – our beautiful far away already:

” Then judges will sit down and take away his power to destroy and destroy to the end. But the kingdom and power and royal majesty in all the heavenly places will be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey Him” Daniel 7:26-27.

Here is how we will seek first and foremost holiness – and how, we will talk to you and practice day by day. The road to the future is the road of holiness. There is no other.
