In addition, experts point to the ability of Berlin to spend about 160 thousand of tests for coronavirus weekly, which is more than all European countries have spent together since the beginning of the crisis. Another factor is the professional equipment of the hospitals with all the necessary equipment. So, in mid-March, the German government ordered an additional 10 thousand units for ventilation (up to, in medical facilities was available to 25 thousand units).
However, experts do not exclude that the outbreak COVID-19 in Germany is at an early stage and that the situation may deteriorate.
