House Democrats are close to making a historic decision on impeachment.
There’s no evidence that President Donald Trump broke the law or committed any impeachable offenses during his July 25 phone call with the president of Ukraine.
But one top Democrats has revealed that impeachment in the House will happen by the end of the year.
During a segment on MSNBC’s “Up,” New York Democrat Rep. Adriano Espaillat predicted that the House Judiciary Committee will “draft articles of impeachment” against Trump, “and we will impeach him in the House of Representatives.”
“We will impeach him in the House of Representatives,” Espaillat promised.
Espaillat said, “There are still some loose ends out there. Maybe Bolton comes in and wants to testify. Of course, you know, there’s still information that we must get that we have not gotten. And then we’ll submit the body of evidence to the Judiciary Committee, and they will, I think, draft articles of impeachment, and we will impeach him in the House of Representatives.”
This is nothing more than a politically motivated, partisan sham.
It has also become clear to many that the Democrats’ case has completely fallen apart.
The public hearings made it clear that Democrats have no real evidence to prove the president did anything wrong at all.
Democrats claim to be leading a “fair” and “fact-based” impeachment inquiry, yet they are: (1) conducting several hearings behind-closed-doors; (2) refusing to allow Republican lawmakers to ask witnesses they cherry-picked certain questions; and (3) Pelosi has ordered reporters not to ask her a single question that criticizes how Democrats are handling this entire partisan sham.
A lot of damning information has also been revealed about the so-called whistleblower who filed a complaint about Trump’s Ukraine phone call.
This week, we learned that the whistleblower was smacked with a criminal lawsuit, and this could force him out of hiding and into the public spotlight.
A newly filed criminal complaint to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) alleges the whistleblower may have violated federal law by indirectly soliciting more than a quarter-million dollars from mostly anonymous sources via a GoFundMe page.
worked for Obama and Joe Biden when they were in the White House; (3) is a vocal critic of Trump; (4) helped initiate the Russia “collusion” hoax; and (5) was fired from the National Security Council in 2017 for leaks, and returned to the CIA.
Regardless, we will most likely see something we haven’t seen in over twenty years: Trump will be impeached by the House, and then vindicated in the Senate.
Trump will be able to defend himself in the Senate and Republicans will call the witnesses we all have been waiting to hear from.
And it will prove that House Democrats tried — and maybe accomplished — impeaching a president for no reason at all other than because they dislike him.
