IRGC commander pledges to make Iranian land a grave for aggressors

The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) of Iran, Brigadier General Hossein Salami, said today, March 30, that the sons and daughters of the Islamic Republic who fell earlier in battles with the country’s enemies showed that “its land will become a grave for aggressors” who “one after another will suffer defeat, ”reports the Mehr news agency.

The Iranian military leader made this statement at a ceremony in the Iranian province of Yazd, dedicated to the memory of the martyrs who died in the battles for the independence and territorial integrity of Iran.

“Today the Iranian nation is stronger than ever. The nation was able to stand on its feet in its youth (in the first years after the Islamic revolution of 1979, during the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980s and 1988s, so today it is not difficult for us to defeat the enemy, ”said Hossein Salami.
According to the commander of the IRGC, “the enemy does not think about war (because he knows that) we are fully prepared to defeat him, and the combination of faith and weapons of this nation has formed its invincible identity.”
