In Kabul, Afghanistan, five civilians died and four were injured in a militant attack on a hospital. This was reported by TOLO News on Tuesday, May 12.
Channel 1TV reports that a suicide bomber detonated a bomb at the entrance to the hospital, and then militants burst into the hospital building. Only part of the medical staff managed to leave the building.
The medical facility is supported by the international humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders (MSF). It is noted that a special police unit has already arrived.
In turn, the Taliban denied any involvement in the attack, the channel reports.
