Near Rome, a plane crashed, two dead

A private jet flew shortly before the crash from the Crazy Fly pilot school at Le Grunoles airport to fly over the countryside.

Near Rome in the municipality of Nettuno on Sunday, May 31, an ultralight plane crashed in the morning, reports Corriere Della Sera.

A private jet flew shortly before the crash from the Crazy Fly pilot school at Le Grunoles airport to fly over the countryside. Onboard were two young men.

Before falling to the ground, at least according to some indications, the plane caught fire, possibly due to engine malfunctions. Investigation of the accident has already begun, both from the carabinieri, and from the inspectors from the National Agency for Flight Safety.

Recall that three days ago a two-seater plane flying out of Rome sank in the Tiber. Onboard was a 30-year-old pilot instructor who was rescued from the cockpit and then hospitalized, and his 22-year-old student, who died
