Taiwanese chipmaker Mediatek announced the upcoming presentation of new mobile platforms. This is reported in the official account of the company on Weibo.
Presentation of the processors will be held on January 20. The manufacturer claims that the new products of the Dimensity series will be distinguished by some superior technology. Perhaps we are talking about an integrated 5G modem.
Mediatek is expected to unveil a new top-end chipset, codenamed the Alps, built on a 6-nanometer processor. It is attributed to the main core Cortex-A78 clocked at 3 GHz, a Mali-G77 graphics gas pedal, support for LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.
