The manager of Russian mixed style (MMA) fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov Ali Abdel-Aziz ruled out the return of the athlete to appearances. About it he declared in Twitter.
Abdel-Aziz reacted to the material of the publication MMA Fighting, where the author speculated about the confrontations that could return Nurmagomedov’s motivation to perform. The head of Dominance MMA assured that the 32-year-old fighter would never fight.
On February 16, Nurmagomedov attended the Champions League match between Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. In a postie, the Russian jokingly suggested the head of the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) Dane White to organize a fight at the Catalans’ stadium.
White doesn’t deny wanting Nurmagomedov back. The promoter has already held a meeting with the Russian in Abu Dhabi and plans another conversation with the UFC champion.
Nurmagomedov ended his career in the fall of 2020. He had 29 victories in 29 fights and defended the UFC lightweight championship belt three times.
