Malhotra pointed out that if you have a strong desire to eat something sweet, you can replace chocolate or candy with fruit or dried fruit, such as dried apricots, raisins, or dates. In case it is impossible to resist sweets, the nutritionist recommended consuming sweets in small portions, and preferably only on holidays and special occasions.
