Pescara footballers due to coronavirus went to the match in medical masks

According to the Italian government, all sporting events in the country will be held without spectators until April 3.
Italian club Pescara Serie B was scheduled to play in the 28th round against Benevento wearing protective masks, but the referee did not allow them to do so. It is noted that the players wanted to protect themselves from coronavirus in such away.

The judge stated that such a measure was not provided for by regulations and asked the players to remove the masks.

Earlier, the Tennis Federation of Ukraine expressed its unwillingness to go to Japan for the Fed Cup match because of coronavirus and offered to hold it in Ukraine or neutral territory.
