WHO recommends not requiring vaccinations for international travel

An emergency committee of the World Health Organization (WHO) does not recommend at this time that proof of vaccination against COVID be required for international travel.
“Given that the impact of vaccines on reducing transmission is not yet known and the current availability of vaccines is too limited, the committee recommended that countries not require proof of vaccination from arriving travelers,” the WHO committee recommendations state.

It notes, however, that proof of vaccination should not exempt international travelers from complying with other travel risk reduction measures.
