The Russian national team is urged to take the match against Germany at the World Cup seriously

Vladimir Plyushchev, an honorary coach of Russia, told what he expects from the Russian national team in the quarterfinals of the World Junior Hockey Championship, reports TASS.
The Russian national team will compete with their peers from Germany for the exit to the semifinals. The match will take place on January 2 and will begin at 8 p.m. Moscow time.

“I think 99% we have to solve this question, after all, the level and class of our hockey is higher than the German, the guys are much more authoritative and serious. [The Russian national team will reach the semifinals] if the players take the matter seriously and not think that everything is decided before the game,” the specialist said.
