Sudan’s Prime Minister meets with head of UN World Food Programme.

Sudanese Prime Minister Abdallah Hamduk expressed the interest of the African State in strengthening its partnership with the World Food Programme. He announced this at the UN General Assembly in New York.

Haiduk said he met with the head of the UN WFP, David Beasley, on the sidelines of the event. During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed future plans and projects of the runway.

They also exchanged views on the issue of world food security. Haiduk and Beasley stressed the importance of the strategic partnership between Sudan and the World Food Programme.
