The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine accused the Hungarian ambassador of unconstructiveism

No one will change Ukrainian legislation at the request of a foreign state, said the deputy head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

The recent public statements of the Hungarian ambassador to Ukraine, Istvan Izhidaarto, on the problems of bilateral relations violate the diplomatic agreements reached earlier. This opinion was expressed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vasily Bodnar in a social network. The old song about the new one is the words of the Hungarian ambassador about our laws. We treat such reproaches as a departure from the constructive track on which Ministers Dmitry Kuleba and Peter Szijjarto are working,” he said.

Bodnar also said that no one will change Ukrainian law at the request of a foreign state.

Earlier in the interview, Izhyjarto said Ukraine should return to the policy it pursued before the adoption of the Education Act, the Higher Education Act, and the Law on ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state language.

Ivyajarto also said that the visit of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to Ukraine will take place after solutions on the problematic issues of bilateral relations are found.
