The current U.S. President Donald Trump, along with his wife Melania, suddenly interrupted his vacation and returned to the White House. This was reported by TASS on Thursday, December 31, citing the White House press pool.
Trump flew in with his wife from his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, where he celebrated Christmas. The American leader immediately proceeded to the Oval Office without answering questions from reporters waiting for him outside the presidential residence.
Earlier, Trump disclosed a deadline for shipping the U.S. coronavirus vaccine around the world. “Early next year, we will provide the vaccine to all U.S. citizens. Shortly thereafter, we will begin delivering it to the world,” he said during his New Year’s address.
In late December, it was reported that Trump topped the list of men most admired in the U.S. in 2020. This is evidenced by the results of the survey, which is conducted annually by the polling service Gallup. For 12 years before that, the leader of the rating was former U.S. President Barack Obama every year, but this year Trump managed to overtake his predecessor by 3 percent.
