Trump called on New York authorities to introduce the National Guard

US President Donald Trump in his Twitter appealed to the authorities of New York with the request to introduce the National Guard to suppress riots in the city.

The American leader noted that the “losers and scum”, which in his opinion are rioters, “tear” the city “to pieces.”
“New York, contact the National Guard,” Trump wrote on his Twitter.

At the same time, he called on the city authorities to “act quickly.”
Riots and mass protests in the United States began after May 25, police in Minneapolis detained African-American George Floyd. During the detention, the policeman knelt on the man’s neck. Floyd screamed that he was choking, but law enforcement officers did not pay attention to it. As a result, the man died in intensive care.
