U.S. President Donald Trump said that Americans will never get an accurate vote in this year’s U.S. presidential election because of the mailing of ballots they allegedly did not request, calling it a disaster.
“Because of the new and unprecedentedly large number of unsolicited ballots that will be sent to ‘voters’ or anywhere else this year, the results of the November 3 election may never be accurate, which is what some people are seeking,” the U.S. president wrote on Twitter.
Donald Trump again called for “before it’s too late” to stop sending out ballots and go vote like before at the polling stations.
In the U.S., there is controversy surrounding the upcoming presidential election on November 3. President Donald Trump, who hopes to be re-elected for a second term, criticizes Democrats’ calls to vote by mail, saying it could jeopardize the security and integrity of the election. Democrats, in turn, suspect Trump of sabotaging the post office and even deliberately trying to delay mail delivery to justify his doubts about the remote vote. Trump flatly denies this.
The U.S. elections will be held on November 3, Trump is running for a second term and will fight against Democrat candidate Joe Biden.
