Trump will show the under-the-rest of the Ukrainian Maidan

After the unsuccessful impeachment of Donald Trump in the United States, key witnesses of the prosecution – the director of European affairs of the National Security Council Alexander Windman and the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland – lost their posts. Meanwhile, one America News channel, close to the Republican Party, showed a documentary in which the Obama administration was to blame for organizing the bloody coup in Kyiv. Damocles’ sword of reckoning is not just over Trump’s abusers. The American leader is ready to put under the knife the “sacred cow” of modern Ukraine – the myth of the “revolution of hydration.”

Lt. Col. Alexander Windman became the first White House official to testify against the U.S. president. According to the officer, last spring he felt concerned about intensified attempts to create a “false impression” of his homeland, Ukraine. Apparently, this is a stone in the garden of Trump’s personal lawyer Rudolph Giuliani, who then actively worked on the Ukrainian direction.

By July, Windman was already clear that Washington was pressuring Vladimir Zelinsky to investigate Biden.” He then listened to a July phone conversation between the two presidents, informed his superiors, and testified at a hearing before the House Select Committee on Intelligence.

There is a version that Windman was the same anonymous informant who launched the impeachment process.
Equally painful for Trump was Gordon Sondland’s testimony. At first, he denied all the accusations of the Democrats, but later changed his testimony and confirmed that the White House used the issue of providing military assistance to Ukraine as a tool to pressure Zelinsky. Sondland’s unexpected “cubit” broke the entire line of defense of the Republicans. According to some experts, his testimony could have radically changed the course of the process. In any case, it ended well for Trump.

And Sondland and Windman, after the failure of impeachment, no less safely vacated the positions.
The latter left with a scandal. According to The New York Times, he was literally escorted out of the street by security officials.

(COMBO) This combination of pictures created on June 11, 2019 shows US President Donald Trump(L) as he departs the White House, in Washington, DC, on June 2, 2019, and former US vice president Joe Biden during the kick off his presidential election campaign in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 18, 2019. – Donald Trump and his leading Democratic challenger Joe Biden were to deliver dueling speeches on June 11, 2019 across the important 2020 battleground state of Iowa in a foretaste of what promises to be a bad tempered and volatile presidential election. Biden, 76, called his presence in the midwestern state on the same day as Trump, 72, a coincidence. But his speech will aim at the core of the Republican president’s narrative, branding Trump “an existential threat to America.” (Photos by Jim WATSON and Dominick Reuter / AFP) (Photo credit should read JIM WATSON,DOMINICK REUTER/AFP/Getty Images)

The actions of the President of the United States are quite logical. Windman and Sondland were the first on the list of people he can no longer trust. But this “pipe wash” (as described by an anonymous CNN source in the White House) will not end there. Trump has already said that because of the impeachment situation, his administration will “absolutely definitely” leave several more employees. Now the American president’s hands are untied.

Apparently, stripping “moles” in the immediate environment is only the first stage of the White House counteroffensive. Next, the turn will reach Biden, Democrats and their henchmen in Ukraine.
Trump, as you know, doesn’t adhere to the Christian principle of “if someone hits you in your right cheek, turn to him and another.” Especially at a time when the blows are pouring in one after another: impeachment came just months after Democrats failed to prove Russia’s blame for meddling in the 2016 election. The only question is when the President of the United States will take up the cause.

He has nowhere to hurry. According to sociology, the Democratic Party is burying itself. Trump’s approval rating on the wave of impeachment has reached a record of 49%. Then came another revealing nationwide survey: just 28 percent of Americans surveyed don’t believe the incumbent president will be re-elected. The cherry on the cake was the recent caucuses (Caucus – the process of determining a single candidate in the presidential election, the editorial board) of the Democrats. In Iowa, Biden finished fourth, and in New Hampshire, he finished fifth, ahead of even little-known Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar.

On the other hand, Biden is potentially the most dangerous opponent for Trump and the “favorite” of the Democratic establishment.

It’s time to finish it off. The White House certainly understands this, and therefore will not give up trying to get dirt on the former vice president of the United States.
Corruption of the Biden family in Ukraine has traditionally been associated with the activities of the gas company Burisma. But lately, the context is expanding. It is no coincidence that the owner of the White House speaks of Independence as a “terrible corrupt country” – such it has become under the leadership of Democrats.

Another landmark event of recent days shows how far Trump’s team is willing to go: One America News showed a documentary titled “Impeachment.” Biden’s money. Mass murder.” Its author – former adviser to the President of the United States Michael Caputo – told not only about Biden’s involvement in the machinations of Burisma.

Much attention is paid to the role of the Obama administration in organizing the Euromaidan and removing Viktor Yanukovych from power.
Those who are “in the subject” are unlikely to learn anything new from the film. The United States has never absolved itself of responsibility for the “revolution of dignity.” Rather. The same Biden smugly claims that it was his call that forced Yanukovych to leave Ukraine.

But what matters is how Caputo puts the accents.

While under Obama, the increased activity of Americans in the Ukrainian direction was considered a boon, the documentary tape of the former Trump adviser puts the blame on democrats for the plight of the country.
In addition, according to Caputo, a parallel can be drawn between the events on the Maidan and the attempt to impeach the President of the United States. In both cases, representatives of the U.S. Democratic Party tried to remove legitimately elected heads of state from power (just different strategies were used).

On American TELEVISION screens appeared and well-known Georgian snipers, who claim that for a trip to the Maidan they were recruited by an associate of Mikheil Saakashvili. The accusations of the former Vice-President of the United States of involvement in the shootings of people in the center of Kyiv did not come, although the phrases “Biden’s money” and “mass murders” in the title of the film were not accidental.

Maidan and the subsequent protracted political crisis are described as processes that democrats could provoke in their own interests. Ukrainian political scientist Kostya Bondarenko warned about this turn of events last September: “If it turns out that Biden was one of the architects of the Euromaidan, and the Maidan itself was launched to implement corruption schemes, all this could hit on “He’s going to drop out of the game and the field will be cleared for Trump and his victory.” The forecast is starting to come true.

The showdown between American Democrats and Republicans has long gone beyond the United States itself. The key battlefield was Ukraine.

Since neither Trump nor his Fellow Republicans have anything to do with what happened in this country in 2013-14, there’s nothing stopping them from showing the whole beneath of the “revolution of dignity.”
Perhaps this is a rare case when American interference in the affairs of another country will benefit it…
