U.S. Congress names Trump accusers

The names of the congressmen who will become managers of the impeachment of the President of the United States have become known.
The U.S. Congress has introduced members of the House to file charges in the future trial of President Donald Trump in the Senate. They were named on Wednesday, January 15, by U.S. House Of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi on her Twitter page.

The seven accusers included Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler.

Prosecutors will argue that Trump abused power and obstructed Congress and should be removed from office. The Trump team, who is expected to lead White House counsel Pat Cipollone, will oppose this argument.

Later on Wednesday, the House is expected to vote on a resolution that would send articles of impeachment to the Senate.
