Representatives of the U.S. administration are in private contact with the management of European companies involved in the Nord Stream-2 project.

As TASS betrays, referring to the German agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur, in this way Washington increases the pressure on these companies, trying to do without introducing another portion of sanctions.

This follows from the words of an unnamed representative of Washington, who explained that America in this way blackmails the Europeans, threatening them with consequences from future sanctions.

“The USA does not want to have to impose sanctions against European companies. We make these calls to warn them and give them time to leave. This pipeline is not going to happen,” the overseas “partner” said.
